I am a PhD researcher at the University of Bologna, where my work focuses on the effectiveness of AI in Training & Development and the broader scope of evidence-based organizational AI enablement. My doctoral inquiry is deeply informed by my background as a professional in training and organizational development. With 1,000+ hours of training delivered across public, NGO, and private-sector settings, I have extensive experience managing the full instructional lifecycle—including Training Needs Assessment (TNA), instructional design, facilitation, and comprehensive learning evaluation. I am a bilingual professional, fluent in English and Arabic, with a proven track record of collaborating with international stakeholders to drive organizational growth.
