Adel-Naim Reyhani

Adel-Naim Reyhani is a postdoctoral researcher in international refugee law. As a research fellow at the University of Bologna since 2024, he is dedicated to investigating the role of courts in shaping the access of refugees to asylum. He has moreover been a senior researcher at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights, and has worked for the International Organization of Migration, the Diakonie Refugee Service, and the Austrian Asylum Court.
