10/12/14: Speaker for the Italian Association of Young Lawyers (AIGA) about the reform of the civil liability of judges and the discipline of the redress of damages for the unreasonable standing of trials.

07/14: Venice Academy of Human Rights about Rule of Law and Judicial Legitimacy at the European Inter- University Center, Venice.

06/14: admitted speaker at the IXth World Congress of the International Association of Constitutional Law held on June 2014 at the Universitet i Oslo (Norway) with a paper titled Implications of empowering people with internet freedom.

30/05/14: delegate for the Italian Association of Young Lawyers (AIGA) at the National Assembly of the Observatories on Civil Justice.

15/05/14: Permanent member of the Observatory on Civil Justice for the Tribunal of Bologna.

04/14: admitted speaker at the IIIrd annual global conference of the Younger Comparativists Committee for the American Society of Comparative Law held on April 2014 at the Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland (Oregon, USA) with a paper titled Bringing certainty and order out of the wilderness of law.

27/01/14: registered as a lawyer by the Bar Association of Bologna after passing the Italian Bar Exam.

01/13: in charge of the drawing of a Regional Law Act and of the related constitutional compatibility study report, titled "Laws about Pathologic Gambling and about the exercise of gambling businesses in urban contexts"- R.L.A. draft n. 3773 published in the Special Supplement of the Official Regional Bulletin n. 179 on march 27, 2013 for the Legislative Office of the Emilia- Romagna Regional Council. The R.L.A. draft was, then, assigned to the IV Assembly Permanent Commission and to the II Assembly Permanent Commission. The definitive and amended text has been voted and approved by the Legislative Assembly with act n. 61/2013 on July 2nd, 2013 (R.L.A. 4th July 2013, n. 5).

2013: Academic Tutor of Public Comparative Law for Prof. S. Mancini, University of Bologna.

12/12: first winner admitted to the Doctoral Program of the University of Bologna – School of Law, titled “State, Person and Services in the European and International context” (Cycle XXVIII) with a research project titled “The judicial precedent as a source of law in the Italian context”.

11/12: lecturer for the supplementary seminars of the Constitutional Law class held by Prof. L. Mezzetti with a lesson about Constitutional Principles of Public Administrative Law.

04/12: in charge of the English translation for Prof. L. Mezzetti of the lecture delivered during the XXVIIIth Congress of the International

Academy of Comparative Law held on May 2012 in Taipei (Taiwan) at the Taiwan National University.

11/10: law practitioner for the Martinuzzi Law Firm in Bologna, working mainly in the areas of Employment and Commercial Law (with special focus on the Law of Contract), Corporate Governance and Public Administrative Law (www.studiomartinuzzi.com).

11/10: graduated from the University of Bologna – School of Law – with an evaluation of 110/110 and a dissertation thesis that was written abroad and titled “The role of the U.S. Supreme Court protecting fundamental rights in times of crisis”.

08/09- 07/10: Overseas Program scholarship granted by the University of Bologna to spend the last year of study at the University of Oklahoma. During the one-year program the areas of study were: 1) Law of Corporations; 2) Antitrust Law; 3) Legal Environment of Business; 4) Constitutional Law; 5) First Amendment Law; 6) American Federal Government; 7) International Human Rights; 8) American Legal History.
