Research activity
The research activity focuses on set up, validation and application of analytical methods for the determination of residues, contaminants and pharmacological compounds in food and biological matrices of animal origin.
Educational activity
From 2007 - present: lecturer at Department of Veterinary Medical Sciences e, University of Bologna in degree, phD and specialisation courses.
At present lecturer in:
- “Certification and traceability of food of animal origin” in Safety and Quality of Animal Production degree
- “Food safety and traceability” and “Professional practical training in food inspection, control and certification” in Veterinary Medicine degree.
From 2015 to 2018 and from 2022 to 2023: academic board member of phD in Veterinary Sciences of University of Bologna
In 2012, 2015 and 2018 she received a lectures assignment in specialisation courses of “Inspection of food of animal origin” of University of Sassari.
