Born February 10, 1967 in Florence, on May 24, 1990 I graduated
with honors from the Faculty of Law, University of Bologna with a
thesis on Criminal Law, supervised by Prof. Franco Bricola.
Then I started to collaborate in teaching activities of the Chair
of Criminal Law at the University of Bologna, taking various
classes and seminars and participating as a subject expert,
commissions for exceeding the exams, first with Prof. Franco
Bricola and later with Prof. Luigi Stortoni and Prof. Filippo
Sgubbi.
In 1996 I was awarded a PhD in Criminal Law at the University of
Parma, with a thesis on "The role of the victim in the structure of
the offense. Problematic aspects and general theory. "
I spent several periods of study abroad, particularly in Germany,
Freiburg im Breisgau, at the Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches
und internationales Strafrecht ", and Munich, at the 'Institut für
die gesamten Strafrechtswissenschaften" of local University.
In the years 1998, 1999 and 2000, 2001, 2002, I lectured at the
School of Specialization in Administrative Law at the University of
Bologna, in the course given by Prof. Stefano Canestrari, about
the offenses against public administration.
In the years 1999 and 2004 I lectured in the Course for Municipal
Secretaries organized by the Autonomous Province of Trento on
issues relating to offenses against public administration and
offenses against the public trust.
For the academic years 1999-2000 and 2000-2001 have been in receipt
of a Post-Doctoral Scholarship in Criminal Law at the University of
Parma.
I was holding a Research Fellowship in Criminal Law at the
University of Bologna, for the academic years 2002/2003 and
2003/2004.
Since 2014 I'm Professor in criminal law at the Faculty of
Law, University of Bologna.
Since the academic year 2006-2007 I have been chosen to carry out a
form within 40 hours of the course Master of Criminal Law Prof.
Luigi Stortoni.
Since the academic year 2007-2008 I am the owner of the course of
the general criminal law and work for the degree in Labour
Consultants at the University of Bologna, Faculty of Law. In
2009-2010 I was also the holder of the course of criminal law in
general and computer science degree in legal and computer operator
at the University of Bologna, Faculty of Law
