Giovanni Pau

Prof. Giovanni Pau is a full professor at the University of Bologna. Previously he served as ATOS/Renault smart mobility Chair-Professor at the Sorbonne Université Paris, France. Before joining Sorbonne he was senior research Scientist at UCLA Computer Science Department where he still retains the title of Adjunct Faculty.

Dr. Pau holds the "Habilitation à diriger des recherches” (HDR) granted by the Sorbonne Universitè in 2018. He was awarded the Italian Laura degree in Computer Science, the PhD in Computer Engineering by the University of Bologna in 1998 and 2002 respectively. Dr Pau published over 100 peer reviewed papers in scientific journals and international conferences.
