Chiara Bologna is qualified as Full Professor in Constitutional Law (ASN 2018-2020). She is President of the Statutory Guarantee Council of the Emilia-Romagna Region. Since 2015 she is Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at the Department of Legal Sciences. Previously, she was Research Assistant at Harvard University (USA) in 2002 and 2005; then, from 2006 to 2015, she was Researcher of Comparative Public Law at the University of Bologna, where she taught Constitutional Law, Comparative Constitutional Law, Public Law Institutions over the years. She is responsible for the editorial coordination of the journal Quaderni costituzionali (il Mulino), for which she also coordinates the column Cronache dall'estero. His main research interests are: federalism, regionalism, protection of democracy, freedom of expression, the U.S. constitutional system
