Antonio Gammarota

Adjunct Professor at Law Faculty of Bologna University, he reserch in Digital forensic and Legal Informatics. The research interests are aimed both at the italian, EU and international regulaments and information technology standards concerning the processing of digital data for trial purposes. Currently, he focuses his research on the discipline of digital evidence and proof in the various types of trials, on e-health forensics, on the activity of technical consultants and expert witness, and on the computer forensics issues related to blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, AI, and on the policing digital data and fundamental rights. He pays particular attention to teaching based on regulatory exegesis and on the analysis of case law, as well as recurring situations in professional and technical experience.
