Enrico Troiani

Enrico Troiani is Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Bologna, where he teaches and conducts research in the field of aerospace structures and composite materials. He is currently Coordinator of the Master’s Degree Programme in Aerospace Engineering. His research activities focus on the mechanics and structural integrity of advanced aerospace components, with particular attention to damage tolerance, crashworthiness, Structural Health Monitoring and innovative manufacturing and joining technologies. He is involved in national and international research projects and collaborates with universities, research centres and aerospace industries.
