Lorenzo Dal Maso

Lorenzo Dal Maso is Full Professor of Business Administration at the Department of Management of the University of Bologna, where he coordinates the Master's Degree in Economia, consulenza e professioni, and Adjunct Professor at Bologna Business School.

He holds a Master's degree from Bocconi University and a PhD in Economics from the University of Florence. He was Assistant Professor of Financial Accounting at the Erasmus School of Economics and ESSEC Business School, and Visiting Scholar at the University of Edinburgh and the University of Houston.

His research covers financial accounting, business valuation and the effects of climate change and ESG factors on firms, banks and markets. He has published in journals such as Contemporary Accounting Research, Organization Studies, European Accounting Review and Journal of Banking & Finance.

He serves on the editorial boards of Accounting Forum, Accounting in Europe, European Accounting Review, Financial Reporting and Accounting Open.
