Silvia Poli

Silvia earned her PhD in General Management from the Department of Management at the University of Bologna in 2026, investigating entrepreneurial support and entrepreneurial ecosystems. As part of her PhD program, she visited the Department of Arts and Cultural Studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Utrecht University School of Economics, from January to May 2025.

Previously, she had a research grant on university-business collaboration readiness at the UniBo's Management department. She holds a master's degree in Forecasting, Innovation and Change (International Relations) from the University of Bologna.

In 2024, she founded DoCommunity, the UniBo's Management department early career community that organises monthly seminars for research and researchers development, and activities for scholar wellbeing and social networking.
