Roberta Calegari received her master degree in Computer Engineering from the Alma Mater Studiorum-Università di Bologna, Italy, in 2007.
After several years of professional experience in major IT companies, in 2015 she started her PhD at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (DISI) of the Alma Mater Studiorum-Università di Bologna.
Her research interests include the engineering of pervasive systems, in particular exploring the role of intelligence and logic programming models and technologies in contex-aware IoT pervasive systems.
