Research Interest
I'm particularly interested in the behavioral aspects of entrepreneurs. Specifically, I study how people come together to form startup teams and transform their ideas into viable ventures. My research explores the entrepreneurs' cognitive mechanisms when selecting their cofounders to build their startup teams and begin their entrepreneurial journeys. In addition, I examine how different approaches of cofounder selection strategies influence the startup's development and future success.
