My research activity primarily focuses on:
- Investigating the properties of the interstellar medium in the most distant and extreme quasar host galaxies, through observations from ALMA and JWST.
- Studying the physics of interstellar dust grains, with an emphasis on the evolution of dust properties across cosmic time and on the impact that the presence of an AGN may have on them.
- Analyzing optical and infrared observations, particularly those that trace the cold and star-forming phases of the ISM
