My research focuses on four main areas:
(1) Performance management: how to design, implement and use performance measurement systems and how to translate data into value by means of business analytics techniques.
(2) Sustainability: explore the effect of corporate social responsibility and environmental issues on company long term success and competitiveness.
(3) Intellectual capital measurement: how to develop, validate and implement effective measurement systems for companies’ knowledge stocks and capabilities.
(4) Knowledge sharing: identify the levers that managers can pull in order to effectively manage knowledge sharing in their organizations and how to translate the sharing of knowledge (mainly its tacit component) into innovative work behaviors of individuals.
