Martina Russo is a PhD candidate in Translation, Interpreting, Intercultural Studies based at the University of Bologna “Alma Mater Studiorum”, Department of Interpreting and Translation. She is also teaching assistant in the course Language, Mediation and Translation (English) at “G. D’Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara, Department of Foreign Languages, Literature and Modern Cultures.
Her research is mainly focused on Environmental Humanities, Ecolinguistics, AI and Sustainable Narratives, Critical Discourse Studies and Corpus Assisted Discourse Studies. Her interests cover also the search for new and alternative discourses to be used as a more conscious way to approach the more-than-human world. She is an advisor for the H4RMONY PROJECT in collaboration with the University of Gloucestershire.
