My research interests focus on organizational behavior topics, in particular on social identities, work processes, and work team management, in particular virtual teams. On top of that, higher education systems have been the target of recent research, investigating the relationship between scientific performance and academic citizenships. Lately, publications are also addressing liminality in organizational settings.
