Research activities in the "Sustainable aquaculture research group" office at the University of Stirling. Research activities on: “Importance of fish consumption considering hufa n-3 levels of various fish in food security and household nutrition of the Asia and Mediterranean countries”. Experimental tests were conducted on salmon fed with insect meal.

Socio-economic indicators and quali-quantative methodologies) for an impact assessment of strategies to improve the sustainability of the dairy chain from an economic, environmental and social point of view.
