I kindly ask that you avoid sending non-urgent messages in the evening or over the weekend. These times are important for all of us—students and instructors alike—to rest, recharge, and spend meaningful time with family and friends. Protecting this personal time supports well-being and helps us return to our academic work with clarity and balance.

If a genuine emergency arises, please feel free to reach out. Otherwise, I will be happy to respond to your messages during regular weekday hours.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a healthy and sustainable rhythm throughout the semester.
