  • Research project proposal: “Methods and Applications of Legal Analytics for the Extraction of Knowledge from Case Law Documents - Argument Mining for Revealing Judicial Reasoning Patterns and Improving Summarization of EU and Italian Judicial Decisions”
  • The project explores the use of natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including large language models (LLMs), with a particular emphasis on summarization and argument mining. The case study examines the judicial decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and the Italian Corte di Cassazione.
