Davide Ferreli was born in Lanusei (NU), Italy, in 2000. He received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Energy Engineering in 2023 and the M.Sc. degree in Electric Vehicle Engineering in 2025 from the Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy.
He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Automotive Engineering for Intelligent Mobility at the University of Bologna within an Advanced Apprenticeship programme, which combines industrial employment with doctoral research activities, allowing candidates to pursue a Ph.D. degree while working in industry. The programme is carried out in cooperation with Blue Matter S.r.l., where he is engaged in power electronics product development. He is also a consultant at HPE Group.
