Claudia Desogus

Claudia Desogus is an officer at the Italian Antitrust Authority. She has a BA in Law (Bocconi University of Milan), an LL.M. in Law and Economics (University of Hamburg) and a PhD in Law and Economics (University of Bologna and Erasmus University of Rotterdam). Previously, she worked as a legal consultant on corporate law and competition law issues (2006-2009), as a consultant at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels (2010-2012) and was a Post-doc researcher at the University of Bologna (2010-2012). Dr. Desogus teaches Competition Law applied to the pharmaceutical market at the University of Bologna and holds seminars on competition law at the University of Roma La Sapienza, Roma Tor Vergata, Roma Tre, Napoli and Bari. She has published a book, book chapters, several articles in leading European and Italian law journals on EU corporate law and EU competition law issues. Vai al Curriculum
