  • Assisted in data collection for geometric morphometric analysis of skull morphology differences among parent and invasive populations of the West Nile River Monitor
  • Created 3-dimensional models of skulls with micro-computed tomography scans using Amira software
  • Landmarked 16 selected skull features of the 3D models, measured the distance of each landmark to all other landmarks, and ran statistical analyses within and between each population to determine a morphological change.
