Barbara Rizzo

Barbara brings 28 years of experience in HR consultancy and currently serves as Head of Assessment Architecture & People Metrics at Glasford International Italy, where she leads a dedicated Business Unit. Throughout her career, she has worked with major multinational consultancy firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and PDI, developing extensive expertise in assessment, performance and organizational evaluation, coaching, training, and the design of leadership and talent programs for leading companies across diverse sectors. She also served as Executive Director of Organizational Development at a leading Italian construction group, with responsibilities both in Italy and abroad, and later as Senior Advisor for Assessment Innovation at Mercer, supporting the market with advanced solutions.
