Barbara Rizzo

Barbara  has 26 years of experience in HR Consultancy  and currently leads as Head of Assessment Architecture & People Metrics a Business Unit at Glasford International Italy. Over the years, she has been a part of large multinational consultancy firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers and PDI, where she honed her expertise in assessment, performance and organization evaluation, coaching, training, and the design of leadership and talent programs for major companies across various industries. Barbara also held a role as Executive Director of Organizational Development in a primary Italian construction group, overseeing responsibilities both locally and overseas and operated as senior advisor for Assessment Innvoation at Mercer on the market.
