Alessandra Aldieri got the PhD in Bioengineering from Politecnico di Torino in 2020.
She later joined the research group of Prof Marco Viceconti at University of Bologna as a Post-doctoral researcher from 2021 to 2022.
In 2022 she got a fixed-term Assistant Professor position (RTD-A) at Politecnico di Torino, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
From December 2025 she works as a tenure-track Assistant Professor (RTT) at the Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Bologna.
