Antonio De Vito

Antonio joined the University of Bologna in 2022 after serving as Assistant Professor of Accounting at IE University in Madrid. He holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Business and Economics from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany). His research focuses on taxation, accounting, and finance, and has been published in top academic journals, such as the Journal of Accounting and Economics, Review of Accounting Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and Review of Finance. He is Guest Editor at Accounting in Europe and serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of International Accounting, Auditing and Taxation. He has reviewed for leading academic journals including European Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Accounting and Business Research, and British Journal of Management. His work has been presented at major conferences and featured in international media. Since 2021, he has been a member of the European Accounting Association Conference Scientific Committee.
