You live in a small village (called La Bella Vigna) in the middle of the Italian Appenines which dates back to the 15th century and is  set in a particularly beautiful area on the side of a mountain. Recently this small village has attracted coach loads of visitors. Unfortunately not all of them respect the beauty of the village and leave behind them rubbish, scattered everywhere. Plus the small winding roads to the village are often clogged up with large coaches bringing tourists up to see the village. This of course is dangerous as these roads are both steep and narrow. It is very difficult for two cars to pass on this small road so with a large coach and car it becomes almost impossible. The residents, who have always respected and loved their natural environment, are very angry about this situation and want the country council to do something about it. Write a letter of complaint to them describing the present situation and demanding that they do something about it as soon as possible. Deadline: 3/5
