How to apply?

Application can be submitted until 15th December 2013 at 23:59 (UTC/GMT+1).

Follow the steps to prepare and submit your application:

  • Step 1: are you eligible for the WEBB scholarship? Which types and level of mobility are available in WEBB second cohort? Check who can apply.
  • Step 2: read about our scholarship.
  • Step 3: what do you want to study, research or teach? Check the academic opportunities offered by the partner universities, and verify the language and academic requirements. Make contact with the partner university if necessary.
  • Step 4: check the required documentation according to your level of mobility.
  • Step 5: Ready to apply? Enter the application form.

Selection results will be communicated directly to the grantee in April.

Starting date of the mobility depends on the type of mobility:
The mobility at UG, master, PHD and Post Doc level starts during autumn 2014, according to the partner university calendar. The exact arrival and departure date should be agreed with the hosting university.
Staff mobility may start between summer 2014 and spring 2016, the exact arrival and departure date should be agreed with the hosting university.
