Yupal Shukla is an Adjunct Professor and doctoral student at Department of Management, University of Bologna, Italy. He was also a visiting scholar at Henken School of Economics, Helsinki, Finland and worked as a visiting fellow at MICA, Ahmedabad, India. He has second cycle Degree (MBA) in Agribusiness from Ganpat University, India. Before joining PhD program at Unibo, He worked as an Assistant Professor in marketing area at V.M. Patel Institute of Management, Ganpat University, India. Yupal has presented his research at leading academic conferences in services management such as

Naples Forum, and
QUIS Symposium, IRSSM and his research papers have appeared in academic journals such as
Journal of Business Research, Journal of Strategic Marketing, International Journal of Information Management, Australasian Marketing Journal, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services to name few. He won the Liam Glynn Research Scholarship Award in 2018. He has won couple of awards including Highly commended Award, Best Research Paper Award, Young Service Researcher Award at IRSSM.
