Dr. Xu Han (“Henry”) is currently an assistant professor at The College of New Jersey and a Senior Fellow in the management department of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Henry’s broad research interest lies on the intersection of entrepreneurship and strategy. Specifically, his research interests include corporate entrepreneurship, business model innovation and venture capital. Henry’s research has been published in academic and practitioner-oriented journals (e.g., Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Management World, PKU Business Review) and awarded the “Best Empirical Paper” by the Entrepreneurship Division in 2017 Academy of Management Annual Meeting.
During 2012-2017, Henry had been a lecturer in the management department of the Wharton School and taught venture capital and entrepreneurial management to both undergraduates and MBA students. Meanwhile, Henry consults and mentors entrepreneurial ventures. He has led or participated several investments in startup companies and has extensive strategic consulting and investment experiences.
