I graduated with honors in 2022 from the international Master's degree program in Physics at the University of Bologna (curriculum Material Physics and Nanoscience), and I am currently a PhD candidate in Computational Physics. My research focuses on large scale molecular dynamics simulations employing machine learning potentials. I extensively use methods such as density functional theory (DFT), ab-initio molecular dynamics (MD), and machine learning force fields (MLFF). I am part of the ERC Horizon "STORMING" project, a consortium of universities and industries from the EU and UK aimed at developing mature technology for simultaneously production of hydrogen and carbon nanotubes from methane.
