Um E Roman Fayyaz

Um-E-Roman Fayyaz holds the esteemed position of Research Fellow with in the Department of Management at the University of Bologna. Preceding her tenure at this institution, she served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Management and Business Administration at G. d′Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara, Italy, during the period spanning August 2023 to February 2024. Her research centers on corporate governance and CSR / sustainability, with a particular emphasis on the strategic decision-making in organizations. Her scholarly contributions have been disseminated through numerous publications in esteemed international journals and conferences. Additionally, she serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for various journals, including Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, Review of Managerial Science, and SageOpen among others. 

Before embarking on her academic pursuits, Um-E-Roman initiated her professional journey at the Parliament and Senate of Pakistan as a research intern. Subsequently, she transitioned to Askari Bank Limited, assuming the role of Trainee Officer.
