Short Bio

Full Professor of Constitutional Law at the Law School (since 2011), where he has also served as Associate professor (since 2007) and Researcher (since 2006). He previously taught Constitutional law at the University of Urbino Law School (2003-2006). He currently teaches Constitutional Law and Parliamentary Law. He additionally teaches at the School of the Intelligence System for the security of the Italian Republic. He collaborates with several national and international scientific journals, and has been member and leader of several collaborative research projects, in cooperation with national and international universities and research institutes. Visiting Researcher, School of Law, University of Glasgow (2016); Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, Heidelberg (2019); Departamento de Derecho Público del Estado, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2022). Office hours

Prof. T.F. Giupponi receives the students every monday, at 15.00, at the Studio n. 9 of the Department of Legal Studies, Viale Filopanti 9.
Due to Coronavirus outbreak, office hours in person may be suspended; they can be organized online (via Teams or Skype). Students are kindly requested to contact Prof. T.F. Giupponi via email to fix a schedule: tommaso.giupponi@unibo.it.
Communications relating to suspensions and cancellations will be duly posted.
