Since 2005 to the present she is Associate Professor of General Botany at the Dept. BiGeA. She teaches “Plant Biology” to first year students in Biology, “Plant Developmental Biology” in the Masters course in Biodiversity and Evolution and “Plant interactions with global change” in the international curriculum of the Masters course in “Science and Management of Nature”. Her research interests are morphological, biochemical and gene expression responses to abiotic stresses (salinity, heavy metals) in model plants (quinoa, poplar).
