PhD Candidate in European Market Law at University of Bologna.

Supervisor: Prof. Marco Lamandini - Department of Sociology and Business Law (IUS/04 Business Law).

PhD dissertation: “Judicial specialisation in Intellectual Property: the Unified Patent Court as a model of specialised court”.



Master's Degree in Law at University of Pavia.

Thesis in Commercial Law and Arbitration on "Corporate arbitration and disposal of rights in corporate disputes". The focus was on the analysis of the difficulties for the development of arbitration as an alternative method to solve inter-company’s disputes in Italy.

Supervisor: Prof. Mario Cera. Grade: 110/110 cum laude.

Fellow of Collegio Ghislieri of Pavia, which selects students (top 20%) through a rigorous national public competition based on educational merit entry criteria. A consistently high academic level is required (minimum GPA 27/30) for the annual confirmation of status and scholarship.


Research stay

Visiting student at Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privat und Wirtschaftsrecht in Heidelberg (March-June 2017).

  • Awarded a Baden-Wuerttemberg Scholarship for a research stay at IPR (2017).
