Ralf Pasel Krautheim

Prof. Ralf Pasel is full professor at Technische Universität Berlin and the founding partner of Pasel-K architects Rotterdam/Berlin. Focusing on experimental housing typologies and construction in an international context, the office operates at the interface between architecture and urban planning. The Practice has received numerous awards for innovative housing and urban design strategies, including the International Bauhaus Award for the transformation of slum housing in Chile as well as for new types of urban housing in the Netherlands.

Following international Visiting Professor roles at [i.a.] the Universidad Catolica de Santiago de Chile and the Rotterdam Academy of Architecture and Urban design, Ralf was granted a Full Professorship for Design and Construction at the Architecture Faculty of the Technical University Berlin in 2012.
