Short Bio

Associate Professor at the Bulgarian Language Department at the Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski", she carries out his research in the field of Syntax of modern Bulgarian language, comparative Slavonic linguistics and theoretical linguistics. Currently she focuses his research on the issue of the Bulgarian syntactic tradition and the change of theoretical paradigms in Bulgarian linguistics. From 2002 to 2006 he is a lecturer on Bulgarian Language, Literature and Culture at the Institute for Slavonic and Eastern European Studies at the Philosophical Faculty of the Charles University in Prague. Engaged in national and international research projects. She is the winner of a diploma and a "Golden Age" Honorary Sign - a seal of Tsar Simeon the Great for the promotion of Bulgarian culture. Author of books Bulgarian syntax - known and unknown (three editions - 1997, 2011, 2017); Bulgarian grammar. Morphology and syntax (2011).
