Focus Groups QSFP 2021: Meetings with Experts

The Focus Groups, organized in the course "Quality and Safety of Food of Plant Origin in the Animal Diet”, with the participation of experts on topics related to food safety and to the prevention of anti-nutritional substances in feed as well as the detection of genetically modified organisms (GMOs). During these meetings, particular emphasis will also be placed on the work experiences of the speakers and on case studies. The main purpose is to provide the students with examples of plant food safety initiatives similar to those that they might find in the workplace. A further purpose is to elicit debate among students and with the speakers on relevant real world experiences.
