Nota biografica

Muhammad Rehan Khan is a Senior Research Scientist and is currently doing research on the concept of "360° Shelf-Life" which emerged as a transformative approach, integrating green, smart sensors into the visual monitoring of food quality. Rehan received his PhD in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Naples Federico II in 2024 and has more than 25 publications in international journals related to food packaging and shelf life with an h-index of 11. He is also a winner of multiple H2020 and Horizon grants and parts of their consortium (i.e., Shealthy, ReLeaf, and SMASH, and STUMAT). Vai al Curriculum
