Muhammad Saad holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Thermal Energy Engineering, with his work consistently focused on numerical modeling. Currently pursuing his PhD jointly at the University of Bologna and CMCC, he was drawn to physical oceanography through the pioneering work of his PhD supervisor, a renowned expert in ocean modeling whose contributions have significantly advanced the field. Working within this esteemed research group, his doctoral research investigates interannual to decadal variability in the Mediterranean Sea using high-resolution ocean modeling and geophysical fluid dynamic approaches, with particular focus on understanding climate change impacts and anthropogenic forcing effects on key ocean processes.
