important notice on the next written exam online

as regards the next written exam online, the mutiple choice test will be uploaded on the virtual learning enviroment (the same in wich the presentations have been uploaded too) few minutes before the beginning of the exam.

the students will have: a) to print it (thus they will need a printing machine); b) to answer using a traditional pen and writing on each page their name, surname and matriculation number; c) to scan it in a single pdf or jpg file using the free app downloaded on their smartphone; d) to send it to the teacher from their institutional email addres (unibo).

The exam will be written (multiple choiche test), but it will be possible to ask for an optional oral exam (discussion of a paper regarding one of the optional subject matters of the program) in order to try to increase the mark given to the written test.

Due to te last evolution of the sanitary emergency, the first Exam session (January 12nd 2021) will be held just online.

The online procedure will be held via Miscrosoft Teams (in the Team already existing for the Environmental Law and Regulation Course) following, as regards the written test, the rules explained at the following link:

The online procedure for the optional oral exam will be held via Miscrosoft Teams (in the Team already existing for the Environmental Law and Regulation Course), in the same day, soon after the checking of the written tests and the comunication of the relative marks (the comunication of the marks will be done for each student on the private chat of the Team, in order to allow to accept or refuse the mark or to allow to ask for the optional oral exam).

The informal discussion of the paper for the optional oral exam could be also done in advance, establishing an appointment to be hold via microsoft Teams. The paper has to be sent by e mail at least 10 days before the exam or the informal discussion.
