I am a medievalist with an interdisciplinary background in history and archaeology. My primary focus has been on transcribing medieval private documents and participating in archaeological excavations. I possess expertise in ceramic, numismatic, lithic, and metal analysis. My temporal and regional interests center around 9th-15th century Italian urban development and material culture.
I have actively contributed to various archaeological research projects in Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Oman, and Spain, often assuming leadership roles.
I am registered with the MIC national list (no. 12236) of professionals competent to conduct interventions on cultural heritage as a “prima fascia” Archaeologist, meeting the requirements outlined in Ministerial Decree 60/2009 and its subsequent amendments.
