Ph.D in Interactional Psychology (Sapienza, University of Rome, 2010), she works as researcher, trainer, supervisor and consultant in educational services, such as: child welfare for out-of-home children, residential care for children, services for vulnerable families and migrants. Her research interests are the investigation of client-educator interactions, medical and educational teamwork, and educators' professional visions. She authored many national and international publications.
