Cecilia is a PhD student in Management. Her main research interests are related to Innovation, Creativity and Organizations. She studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires, Innovation and Product Design Management in Tokyo, and International Relations in Bologna.
Her teaching background includes 6-year long experience as a Teaching Assistant of “Innovation & Product design” at the University of Buenos Aires and National Technological University and 2-year long experience as an Assistant Professor of “Creativity” at ITBA (Buenos Aires Technology Institute). In Bologna, she is a tutor for "Innovation Management" and "Economy for Innovation" courses.
She has over twelve years of professional experience in Management and Business Development Areas, with a strong focus on technology businesses. She has worked as an innovation officer at the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) of Buenos Aires University. She is currently collaborating with the New Entrepreneurship, Spin-off and Startup Unit at the Knowledge Transfer Office (KTO) of the University of Bologna.
