Biography e cursus studiorum

- Birthplace and birthdate: Milan, 01/05/1995.

- Qualifications: Maturità Classica (2014, Liceo Classico Statale "A. Manzoni" [Milan], grade of 100/100); bachelor's degree in Classical Philology (2016, obtained one year early, Università degli Studi of Milan, grade of 110/110 cum laude); master's degree in Classical Philology (2018, obtained half a year early, Università degli Studi of Milan, grade of 110/110 cum laude).

- Present position: Ph.D. student in Classic Philology at Alma Mater - Università of Bologna; student of the course of Greek paleography at Scuola Vaticana di Paleografia, Diplomatica e Archivistica; expert on the subject (cultore della materia) at the chair of Latin language and literature held by Prof. N. Pace (Università degli Studi of Milan); didactic assistant at the chair of Greek Palaeography held by Prof. G. De Gregorio (Alma Mater - Università di Bologna). 

 

Research interests

- Greek language and literature, especially in the Imperial age (Plutarch, Diogenes of Oenoanda, Aelius Aristides, Gregory of Nazianzus).

- Greek paleography and codicology.

- Textual criticism.

- Transmission of ancient texts.
