&lt;p&gt;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the context of the ERC Project STARGATE I'm looking for a master student to work on mesh refinement strategies for the optimal control tool RAPTOR.nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12.8px;"&gt;reference scenarios include (but are not limited to)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- reusable rockets / multi-stage launch vehicles&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- probes for asteroid landingnbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- rendezvous and proximity operations&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At the moment of starting with the thesis work the candidates must have no more than two pending exams. The internship activity (tirocinio) can be merged within the thesis, for a total period of work of 6 months.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
