CURRENT POSITION

Adjunct Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Bologna - School of Economics.

Research Fellow at the University of Bologna - Department of Sociology and Business Law. Research project: "The New Tendencies and the Purposes of the International Regulation on Hedge Funds".

Visiting Foreign Scholar at Fordham University – New York (U.S.A.) under the supervision of Prof. Richard Scott Carnell. Research activity on “The U.S. regulation of hedge funds”.

Teaching Assistant of the following modules: "Business Law", "Business Law 2" and "Advanced Company Law" at the University of Bologna - School of Economics.

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

2014-2015: Visiting Scholar at Queen Mary University of London (U.K.) under the supervision of Proff. Rosa Lastra and Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal. Research on "The International Regulation on Alternative Investment Funds".

2014-2015: Research Fellow at the University of Bologna - Department of Sociology and Business Law. Research on "The UK and Italian Regulations on hedge funds after the adoption of the EU Directive AIFM".

June 15th 2015: Lecture entitled “The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive and its impact on the non-EU systems” given at the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino (R.S.M).
