Maha Yomn Sbaa

I am a PhD Student in Work & Organizational Psychology at the University of Bologna.

My main research interests revolve around D&I, cultural diversity, cross-cultural management, and how to make the workplace a safer environment for all. More specifically, I am interested in the challenges that people from different cultural backgrounds and origins go through in the workplace and how they can reach a safe & inclusive working climate, as well as decent working conditions.

I’m currently researching Decent Work perceptions among non- European migrant workers in Italy and Europe.
