A research fellow within the framework of the ERC project titled "The Game: Countermapping Informal Refugee Mobilities along the Balkan Route". Her research focuses on the role of walking in the migrant informal mobilities, the role of walking in the production of the Route, with a particular focus on Slovenia and Croatia.
Previously, she worked at the Slovenian Migration Institute. As a part of the PhD project she conducted ethnographic research in Greece, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia and Slovenia, studying experiences of children and families traveling on the Balkan Route between 2016 and 2024.
